Chez Alice Gourmet Café, Palmer Square

In 2007, Kelly Hamdan, founder and proprietor of Chez Alice, Inc., est. 1991, decided to focus on off-premisses catering. In November of that year, she introduced Palmer Square clientele to the new proprietor of the cafe and bakery, Mr. Matt Banihani. Mr. Banihani shares the same vision - to deliver the highest quality of food and outstanding service that has become synonymous with the Chez Alice tradition. At the Chez Alice Gourmet Café and Bakery you can still experience the wonderful foods and scrumptious pastries baked fresh every day by Pastry Chef, Fernando Jimenez.

Kelly will now focus on off premise catering for special events, weddings, family celebrations and corporate events. Kelly and Matt will continue to share the original company name and all Chez Alice customers will continue to enjoy delicious food and great service!
